If you have purchased any of the Border Fine Arts Kitchy & Co range from another supplier other than ourselves then you need to contact them directly as these are a licenced product and we are not responsible for exchanges or replacements that are not directly bought from us.

All returned goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Once goods are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit. When returning any item please quote your original order number in the return. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning any item to us. Exchanges will be generated and dispatched to the same UK delivery address with no additional postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
